It’s been a crazy two months for me, I bought a house. What no one really tells you or prepares you for when house shopping is that there’s a million little repairs to do make. You find all the “good enough” repairs that the previous owners made and then make your own “good enough” repairs to those repairs, passing the buck onto either the next homeowner or future you. I’m sure Future Godfrey will be gracious and accommodating to past Godfrey.
